CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you don’t feel totally uninhibited and inspired to make moves within 30 days of rocking your Arcade Belt, we’ll make it right. During the December holidays we will even bump this number up to 60 days! Please note our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable for sales on www.arcadebelts.com. Purchases from authorized dealers are subject to their return policy. However, Arcade will evaluate all warranty claims, regardless of the place of purchase. Warranty claims should not be submitted to the retailer.


Here’s how to send back product under satisfaction guarantee:

• Follow the link to our return portal here. You will need the order number and the shipping address zip code to enter the return portal. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email or by checking your order history on the Help Center.

• Once you have submitted your request a return shipping label will be immediately available to print. It will also be emailed to you with instructions — just add this to your package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location. 

• You will have the option of a refund, or store credit for your return. A return will process once the returned product is at our warehouse. Store credit will be immediately available. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Please note: Arcade returns will incur a small return shipping cost.

• Please note: Arcade returns will incur a small return shipping cost of $6.

To start a return for an item purchased using Buy With Prime, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account on amazon.com or the Amazon app.
  2. Navigate to orders under your account
  3. Once you are viewing your Amazon orders, select "Buy With Prime Orders"
