I did not recieve a tracking number; how do I find this info?Updated 9 months ago

If you created an account you can find the tracking number under your profile. That information can be found by going to our Help Center and choosing to track your order.

If you did not find your tracking number via email and you checked out as a guest, please visit our Contact Us form and provide the required information. Customer service will then reach back out to you with a tracking number.
