Can I update the shipping address after placing my order?Updated 6 months ago
Once an order has been packed at our facility, we are unable to adjust the shipping location. Orders are only able to be changed or cancelled in a small window directly after they have been placed, so make sure you reach out immediately. Here are your next steps if it cannot be adjusted:
- Attempt to receive the package from the current shipping address.
- If the order is returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address free of charge.
- If neither of the above steps are successful, please contact us again, and we will look into the situation further and find a solution for you.
