Can I update the shipping address after placing my order?Updated 6 months ago

Once an order has been packed at our facility, we are unable to adjust the shipping location. Orders are only able to be changed or cancelled in a small window directly after they have been placed, so make sure you reach out immediately. Here are your next steps if it cannot be adjusted:

1. Attempt to receive the package from the current shipping address.
2. If the order is returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address free of charge.
3. If neither of the above steps are successful, please contact us again, and we will look into the situation further and find a solution for you.
